Not for wearing indoors like a regular collar. We recently bought this collar for our new rescue who pulls out of a regular collar during leash training. We've never had issues with martingale collars in the past with our other rescues so I thought nothing of leaving it on our new dog. Last night, he got the collar stuck under his chin and in his mouth and was choking while struggling to get free. We ending up cutting it off him to save his life because I couldn't get it loosened fast enough. I have since ordered a new martingale with a clip for fast release. Just a general warning for non clip martingale collars.
