Waterproof - means the product is capable to be impervious to water even under heavy rain so that no water gets inside.

Hydrostatic Head Grading: 5,000MM waterproof
Adjust the most desirable position with snaps at neck and head areas. Tighten up neck snap buttons to seal up the wind and add extra warmth.
Neck leash hole and back harness hole are included for any outdoor activity.
Secure the best fit with provided elastic bands for back legs.

Love this jacket. Good quality and fits my baby so well. Covers him all the way up and down and under, makes him very happy, since he is convinced any water touching him us awful. Would purchase again.

Great coat.. terrible size chart

The size chart is 2 inches off.Which means you order the wrong coat & then they don't reimburse shipping to or from to exchange... :(
