I like this type of collar. It has a cloth loop attached to the leash clip. The loop allows you to expand the collar opening to get it over your pets head. When on a leash, if the pet pulls, the loop gets pulled up by the leash and tightens the collar around the neck of your pet, so it won’t slip off, but also won’t strangle them either as it is limited to how small it can get.
