I chose this sweater because it's wool-free, vegan, and cruelty-free. After reading reviews that this item runs large, I decided to order one-size-down for each of my 3 rescued dogs, and it turned out to be a perfect fit. I got a Size 12" for my 14 Lb. dog and a Size 10" for my 11 Lb. dogs.
I ordered a 10 inch sweater…same brand next to the sweater is 10 inches. You can clearly see that this sweater is not 10 inches. The package shows 10 inches but it was more like 17 inches! The sweater is beautiful and nicely made just wish I was sent the correct size.
This is an adorable little sweater. I got it for a cat, not a dog, and it's a little too big for him to wear when he's running around but great when he's relaxing. The sizing issue is more on me than the product. This is overall a great sweater, and I like that it doesn't have sleeves, because those tend to make the sweaters feel a bit too bulky for a small animal. The color is just what I wanted, it's thick and warm, and it has a little bit of stretch to it to make it more comfortable.
